The Dave Darin Show is thrilled to be on KWSS and "finally" on FM where the show belongs. KWSS is ABSOLUTELY a growing station and has the eye of many of the local news media and other radio stations because we do something very important......We do LOCAL radio. The host live local, shop local, play local music, and The Dave Darin Show goes one step beyond. We invite local bands to play in the studio and record the bands at their gigs.

The Dave Darin Show holds the 2011 record for the most streamed KWSS show compared to all KWSS streamed shows last year. The Dave Darin website, www.davedarin.com, has 100 views per day, 200 views on Thursdays when the show airs and people view the site for this weeks guest. Friday the site visits are over 250 visits all looking for the Thursday podcast. Our on the dail ratings are undetermined, however, a huge upturn in power and antenna placement has opened the station up to the entire metro Phoenix area and each and every host on KWSS are in high gear getting the word out that we are kicking some huge FM ass in Phoenix.

The Dave Darin Show, correction, Dave Darin comes out to as many venues as he can each week. He host events at the Rhythm Room and Goathead and will introduce your band at CD release parties or just your vanilla gig. He doesn't do it for personal gain but to get the word out about the show, the station, and why it is so important to support local music. There is so much talent in the Phoenix area, AMAZING talent, mostly neglected by commercial FM stations who spin what Corporate America tells them to spin. Plus they do it with zero personality. KWSS has the personality, the talent, the ears of Phoenix, and, I guarantee, we are shocking the local stations which aren't really local anyway.
